How to make Grilled Sturgeon with Parsley and Lemon
1. In a shallow dish coat the sturgeon in the olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a griddle pan to high, then grill the sturgeon on both sides for 3 minutes, or until just cooked.
3. Serve with lemon wedges, parsley and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
