One of the several species of sturgeon which originated from Siberia, Russia. Female Siberian Sturgeon mature after 5 or 6 years and live for over 60 years. This amazing sea creature produces roe in farms after above 6-8 years. Siberian Sturgeon usually weights between 60 to 70 kilograms, but the maximum record which has been registered is 210 kilograms.
